One of the key things to do when doing product/project work is to create a common understanding; a glossary of terms. Over the years the terms I've been using when working have changed and my personal view of them polished.

For this reason I decided to create my own glossary of terms section. A way for me (and you, if you so choose to) to come back to these words and look them up. Also, it helps, when we talk about something, that you understand where I am comming from when I use a word or another.
