Ten years since we were together in that scrappy office at Makers Academy. Ten years since those intense 12-week cycles where we coded, learned, and sometimes pulled our hair out together.
First, I just want to say how proud I am of you. From those first tentative lines of code to where you are now: building products, leading teams, and tackling complex problems at scale that you could only dream about during our bootcamp days!
You know, I've been thinking a lot about our journey together. About how you came to Makers as career-changers, looking for a path into tech. We compressed so much learning into those 12 weeks, working side by side in your cohorts, building your first applications.
But here's the thing, after a decade in the industry, you've gained something that no bootcamp can teach: real-world experience. The insights you've gathered, the patterns you've recognized, the mistakes you've learned from; that's gold!
That's why I'm excited to announce a special course designed specifically for Makers alumni like you. This isn't about learning to code from scratch. This is about taking your decade of experience and elevating it to the next level.
